After, the President will deliver remarks on his Investing in America agenda. These remarks in Racine County, Wisconsin, will be open press.
 
Later, the President will participate in a campaign event. This event in Racine County, Wisconsin, will be covered by the out-of-town pool.
 
In the afternoon, the President will depart Racine County, Wisconsin en route to Chicago, Illinois. The departure from Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport and the arrival at Chicago O’Hare International Airport will be open press. The President will depart Chicago O’Hare International Airport en route to Soldier Field Landing Zone. The arrival at Soldier Field Landing Zone will be open press.
