The President will travel to Phoenix, Arizona and visit TSMC – a Taiwanese company making a major investment to manufacture cutting-edge chips in Phoenix – and will discuss how his economic plan is leading to a manufacturing boom, rebuilding supply chains, and creating good-paying jobs in Arizona and across the country.

Ambassador Katherine Tai will attend the third Trade and Technology Council ministerial meeting at the University of Maryland, College Park.  She will be joined by TTC co-chairs Secretary of State Antony J. Blinken, Secretary of Commerce Gina Raimondo, European Commission Executive Vice President Valdis Dombrovskis, and European Commission Executive Vice President Margrethe Vestager.
 
At 8:30 AM, Ambassador Tai will participate in the Trade and Labor Dialogue with European Commission Executive Vice President Valdis Dombrovskis.  There will be a camera spray for opening remarks for registered media.
 
At 10:00 AM, Ambassador Tai will participate in the U.S.-EU TTC Strategic Dialogue with the TTC co-chairs.  There will be a camera spray at the top of the event for registered media.
 
At 12:45 PM, Ambassador Tai will participate in the TTC Stakeholder Dialogue.  Due to space limitations in the room, a press pool has been formed.  This event will be live-streamed.
 
At 2:20 PM, Ambassador Tai will participate in a joint press gaggle with the TTC co-chairs.  This event will be live-streamed.  
 
In the evening, Ambassador Tai will attend the Congressional Ball hosted by the President and the First Lady.
